Purchase Ledger Clerk Interim Position

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our busy, supportive accounts team on a minimum 2-3 month basis. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your experience in a fast-paced, large distribution business.
About the Role
- Process purchase invoices, including multi-currency transactions, and ensure timely approval.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice queries and organize credit notes as required.
- Prepare twice monthly payment runs and perform supplier statement reconciliations.
- Assist with various other accounts duties as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in purchase ledger and a strong understanding of financial processes.
- Adaptable attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
