**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our busy, supportive accounts team on a minimum 2-3 month basis. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your experience in a great business.

About the Role

  • Process purchase invoices, including multi-currency, and ensure they are sent out for approval.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice queries and organise credit notes when required.
  • Prepare twice monthly payment runs and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Assist with various other accounts duties as required.

Requirements

  • Solid experience of purchase ledger and a proactive approach to work.
  • Adaptable attitude and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work comfortably on your own.
