About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HR Administrator to join our HR Operations team at CrossReach. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an efficient and responsive operational HR service to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full employee life cycle, from updating and maintaining HR records to responding to enquiries from staff.
  • Work closely with managers and colleagues to deliver an effective service to our people.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and ability to be flexible and responsive to changing requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of our HR systems and processes.
