About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Duty and Assessment Team in Salford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to children, families, and carers across the city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with service users, ensuring their wishes, feelings, and beliefs are central to decision-making.
  • Engage in conversations that matter most to service users, connecting them to wider networks of opportunity and support.
  • Respond quickly to crisis situations, providing ongoing support until issues are resolved.
  • Keep in touch with service users, taking a genuine interest in their well-being and making adjustments as needed.
  • Be ambitious, curious, and committed to learning and reflection.
