We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our team at WR Engineering. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering mechanical and building services projects across various sectors, including retail, leisure, and office fit-outs.
About the Role:- Develop skills in project management under the supervision of experienced Project Managers and Contract Managers.
- Work on a range of projects, including new retail developments, leisure projects, and office fit-outs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Background in plumbing and pipe work, preferably with an apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and literacy skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 to £40,000 per annum.
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
- 5%+5% company pension scheme.
- Paid further education - HNC Building Services.
