Job Title: Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our team at WR Engineering. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering mechanical and building services solutions for various projects across new retail development, leisure, office, and retail fit-outs.

About the Role:
  • Office-based initially, with opportunities for growth and development
  • Working under the supervision of experienced Project Managers and Contract Managers
  • Developing skills in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution
Requirements:
  • Background in mechanical commercial pipe work or ventilation, preferably with an apprentice-trained pipe fitter
  • Keen to work off the tools as a project manager
  • Willing to undertake further training and personal development
  • Full driving license ideally
  • Confident literacy and communication skills
Package:
  • Salary: £25K - £32K (dependent on experience)
  • 25 days holiday
  • 5%+5% company pension
  • Paid further education - HNC Building Services
