About the Job

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and managing key accounts in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer and channel strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue, gross margin, and distribution targets.
  • Negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans and lead range review discussions.
  • Conduct business planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide expert advice on customer needs and market insights to inform business strategies.
  • Build strong networks and learn from peers to enhance customer relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Grocery Account Management (top 4 retailers preferred).
  • Proven track record of commercial success and analytical insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with negotiation, influence, and relationship maintenance abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to identify new opportunities.

Up to £65,000 + Bonus per annum, based on experience.
