Supervising Social Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at NonStop Care, a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in the Yorkshire area. Our agency has an Outstanding Ofsted rating, and we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a small caseload of 8-10 foster carers in Yorkshire, providing regular supervision and support.
  • Work closely with our team of Independent Social Workers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our foster children.
  • Participate in ongoing therapeutic training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our agency's policies and procedures.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary between £35,500 and £41,500 per annum.
  • The opportunity to work from home one day per week.
  • Annual leave of 25 days per year, with an additional day for every year of service up to 5 years.

Requirements:
  • A qualified Social Worker with experience in working in fostering or a Looked After Children Team.
