Supervising Social Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at NonStop Care. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a vital role in overseeing a small caseload of foster carers in Yorkshire, providing guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support foster carers to ensure high-quality care for children
  • Conduct regular visits and assessments to monitor foster carer performance
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for children in care
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children and families
