Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and play a key role in shaping the future of our sales team. As an Internal Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals who will focus on direct-to-consumer asset finance solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B finance, asset finance, or brokers and experience in establishing or scaling an internal sales function.

Your Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, systems, and best practices.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of Inside Sales Managers and Junior Business Development Executives.
• Establish processes and frameworks to create an efficient, high-performing internal sales function.
• Drive a proactive sales culture, overcoming gatekeepers to generate and convert leads into new business opportunities.
• Lead by example, mentoring your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

About the Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum. A competitive salary and package, reflecting your expertise and success, will be offered to the successful candidate.
