Operations Manager

Join Fresh Recruit Ltd as an Operations/Compliance Officer and take on a unique role that combines managing day-to-day operations with ensuring the company's compliance with ISO standards.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of data protection legislation and its practical application. You will be responsible for integrating and managing the company's business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring alignment with departmental needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations within the company
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015)
- Integrate and manage business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Manage document control and ensure compliance with regulatory requests
- Conduct management systems auditing and review company terms and conditions
- Manage operations calendar and process documentation
- Facilitate monthly operations meetings
- Strong understanding of data protection legislation and its practical application
- Proven experience in emergency preparedness planning, compliance management, and document control
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fresh Recruit Ltd offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 DOE and a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
