Job Opportunity: Operations & Facilities Executive

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Facilities Executive to join our client, a leading pan-European manufacturing business with a strong track record of growth and investment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving manufacturing operations to the next level, focusing on health and safety, production, maintenance, quality, and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage health and safety standards
  • Develop and promote lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5S, 6 Sigma, VSM, SMED, TPM, and OEE
  • Lead production activities and analyze results to recommend and implement improvements
  • Manage significant capital projects and ensure successful line balancing and manufacturing line start-ups
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with a background in health and safety
  • Demonstrable experience in managing health and safety within manufacturing environments, ideally with IOSH or Nebosh qualification
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to drive improvements and implement change
