Clarify Consultancy Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Training Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting training and development initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will oversee employee training initiatives and succession planning, ensuring a smooth development process. This includes developing and delivering a site L&D strategy that aligns with the group's objectives, as well as creating and maintaining training and development plans and budgets to drive mandatory training and internal development initiatives.

A strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and experience in implementing and utilizing these tools effectively are essential for this role. You will work closely with business unit managers to deliver local site learning initiatives and ensure that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about employee growth and development, and who is looking to make a meaningful impact within an organization. The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
