About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality care to children and young people with continence issues. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of individuals in the community and school settings, providing individualized support to promote continence and guide toileting, and planning, implementing, and evaluating programs of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to children, young people, and their families
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to promote continence and improve the quality of life for patients
  • Assess the needs of individuals in the community and school settings
  • Provide individualized support to promote continence and guide toileting
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate programs of care
  • Develop and deliver training to healthcare professionals to promote continence and improve the quality of life for patients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, with experience in pediatric continence care. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
