About the Role

Filtrec UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Ludlow, Shropshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers across various sectors, including specialized hydraulic distributors, original equipment manufacturers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain customer relationships through regular visits and communication
  • Present our range of products and their quality to potential customers
  • Negotiate prices while respecting profitability levels
  • Participate in trade fairs to promote products and our brand image
  • Record and report on progress and visits

About You:

  • Higher technical or commercial education
  • Initial successful experience in the field of filtration, ideally with a hydraulic filter manufacturer
  • Excellent technical skills and understanding of the UK & Ireland markets and its specifics
  • Seasoned salesperson with excellent listening and customer relations skills
  • Able to identify sales opportunities and conclude transactions
  • Autonomous, organized, skilled with new technologies, and committed to achieving objectives
