Sales Manager Position Overview

As a Sales Manager at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong customer portfolio in various sectors of activity, including specialized hydraulic distributors, original equipment manufacturers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain the sales activity through prospecting actions and customer visits
  • Present our range of products and their quality to potential customers
  • Negotiate prices while respecting profitability levels
  • Participate in trade fairs to promote products and our brand image
  • Record and report on progress and visits

Sales Manager Position Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the field of filtration, ideally with a hydraulic filter manufacturer
  • Excellent technical skills and a good understanding of the UK & Ireland markets and its specifics
  • Happy with UK travel and hold a full driving licence

Sales Manager Position Remuneration

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Salary: £45,000- £55,000 potentially negotiable
  • Working Hours: 8:30- 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8- 4pm on Friday
  • Holiday Package: 21 days + 8BH
  • Company Vehicle (Hybrid), Laptop and mobile phone
  • Discretionary Bonus
