Lead Our Kitchen Team to Success

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at The Squirrel, Ludlow. As a key member of our pub management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to achieve excellent food quality and presentation standards
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and wider team to drive business success and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented kitchen team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
