Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our Residential Conveyancing team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of our conveyancing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including scanning and filing correspondence and documents.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, documents, and forms, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for fee earners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of contract efficiency packs, redemption statements, and other financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administration professional.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high-volume workload.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
