Job Summary
We are seeking experienced registered nurses to join our innovative and dynamic organisation, Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist in Inpatient Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience of working in an inpatient environment and delivering healthcare services to individuals with challenging needs. A current professional registration with the NMC is essential, as is up-to-date clinical skills in providing healthcare to patients in hospital.

About the Role
As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist in Inpatient Care, your primary responsibilities will include:
- To provide designated named nurse responsibility for a number of patients;
- To lead and support junior staff in the delivery of quality care; and
- To contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
Salary: £34,000 - £43,041 per annum
