Clinical Pharmacist Role

ProfDoc is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join their team in Cornwall. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines for patients. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews and vaccination administration.
  2. Providing expert advice on pharmaceutical care and medication management to healthcare professionals.
  3. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medication records in line with regulatory requirements.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

  1. GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
  2. Proven experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services, including vaccination administration.
