We pride ourselves on being industry leaders in this field and are now seeking 2 x Reliability Engineers to join our team.

We are embarking on an exciting journey to expand our product offerings and cement our position as leaders in the market. To achieve this, we need experienced reliability engineers who can develop and implement robust testing methods to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Day-to-day, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and validate reliability demonstration tests. You will analyse data from these tests to inform your decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Your expertise in modelling techniques such as Weibull analysis, reliability block diagrams, and Monte Carlo simulations will be invaluable in driving our mission to transform eye care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, system engineering, and multidisciplinary integration. Experience with industry standards and regulations related to medical devices (e.g., FDA regulations, IEC 60601) or automotive products (e.g., ISO 26262) is highly desirable.

  1. 3+ years of experience in test development or validation, preferably in the medical device or automotive industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Optical Engineering or related field.
  3. Strong background in reliability engineering principles, methodologies, and tools (HALT/HASS, ALT, RDT, ESS, Weibull).
