About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of case managers to ensure the delivery of clinical services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development of case managers through training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • HCPC/NMC registration.
  • Significant experience in case management and leadership roles.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
