Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the manufacturing and engineering sectors, with experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. A warm and friendly approach, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential for this role.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £26k - £30k, with uncapped bonuses and a realistic OTE of £40k - £60k.

About the Role
  1. Maintain and develop relationships with existing and lapsed clients, building a network of key decision-makers.
  2. Maximise revenue streams by managing permanent and temporary roles across industrial and commercial sectors.
  3. Work closely with Talent Resourcers to brief them on job requirements and keep the team updated on client activity.
