Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. You will be responsible for managing key relationships with hospitals and medical professionals, promoting our range of orthopaedic devices and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key relationships with surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, and procurement teams
  • Promote our range of orthopaedic devices and solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an NHS hospital sales environment
  • A drive to succeed in Orthopaedics or continue in this career path
  • A stable and successful track record in theatre sales will enhance your application
  • A high level of drive and energy is essential

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000
  • Commission potential of up to £27,000 per annum
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, pension, mobile phone, laptop, and 28 days' holiday (rising to 33 days)

About the Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £70,000 - £82,000, based on a combination of basic salary and commission potential. The specific figures may vary depending on individual performance and other factors.
