FMCG Sales Executive

We're seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our Instore Sales Field Team as a Territory Manager, covering the Hampshire and Dorset area. This role offers many exciting opportunities to work with our fantastic customers and drive sales within some of our current retailers.
The Challenge
You'll be responsible for realising the growth potential within our retailers by ensuring all Commercial strategies and plans are implemented successfully in store and monitored. You'll also proactively review performance with applicable customer management teams to improve sell-through and help customers grow their business.
Your Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a commercial mind, comfortable with building relationships and curious about retail or market trends and changes. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with good analytical experience and the ability to interpret and evaluate complex data. You should be proactive, ambitious, and confident in your ability to develop a career within Commercial Sales.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a company car and discretionary profit share. You'll also receive 5 weeks holiday and bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year. Plus, access to free physiotherapy, a confidential helpline, and a comprehensive occupational health service.
