About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our Catering Team at Woolston House care home in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, preparing and serving food, and understanding the needs and preferences of our residents to develop suitable menus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen team and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents with varying dietary requirements
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the needs and preferences of our residents
  • Lead and manage the Catering Team, providing induction, training, and support as required
  • Control stock and purchases within an allocated budget
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Catering Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. You will have a flair for creating delicious and nutritious meals, be an excellent team player, and have experience in managing a catering budget. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be adaptable and flexible.
