About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our Catering Team at Woolston House care home in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, preparing and serving food, and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen team and ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Manage the kitchen budget and ensure that all purchases are made within allocated limits
  • Lead and manage the Catering Team, providing induction, training, and support as required
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Catering Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. You will have a proven track record of managing a catering team and have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
