Job Summary

We are seeking a Catering Assistant to support our Catering Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver fantastic, attentive, and considerate customer service.
  • Undertake all mandatory and company training as required.
  • Help keep the work and customer areas clean, tidy, and secure at all times.
  • Ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and fellow Team Members.
  • Understand the importance of food safety and health and safety in a catering service.
  • Work as part of a dynamic team and be eager to learn.
  • Follow instructions and make decisions for the best interest of the customer.

Requirements

Catering experience is preferred, but a positive, can-do attitude is essential.
