This role sits within our Catering business division, providing hospitality and catering services to prestigious clients in the Business & Industry market.

As a Catering Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service and maintains high standards of food quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, trimming, and making sandwiches and salads
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area and equipment, including cleaning utensils, tableware, and catering stations
  • Receiving and unpacking deliveries, ensuring food and supply storage areas are organised
  • Serving food items to customers in accordance with the menu prepared by the Chefs
  • Top-up Vending services

Requirements:

  • Commercial kitchen experience is highly valued but not essential
  • Ideally, you will possess a basic Catering and Hospitality certificate, such as Food Handling or equivalent
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods due to the physical nature of the job
