\u2022 Provide a positive practice role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained
\u2022 Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is afforded to all staff, parents and children
\u2022 Supervise and support children at all times
\u2022 Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
\u2022 Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
\u2022 Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices
\u2022 Ensure that any changes to policies, procedures and operational practices are adhered to within the required timescale
\u2022 Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage
\u2022 Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures and operational practices
\u2022 Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors and work colleagues
\u2022 Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained
\u2022 Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required
