Nursery Assistant

At Grandir UK, we are seeking a dedicated and caring Casual Nursery Worker to join our team at Kiddi Caru in Leighton Buzzard. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive role model to ensure that our values are maintained
- Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
- Supervise and support children at all times
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and attractive environment
- Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
- Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues
- Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained
- Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required
