Nursery Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Assistant to join our team at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Leighton Buzzard, part of Grandir UK. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of level 3 qualified practitioners, promoting learning and development.
• Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for the children, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices, upholding the highest standards of care and education.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
