About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Pan Pacific London. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Monitor food preparation and portion sizes, ensuring consistency and compliance with recipes and hotel standards.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies, checking deliveries, and ensuring proper storage.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure that ingredients are fresh and available as needed.
  • Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the hotel's standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
