Job Title: Security Sales Manager for Fire and Security Systems
About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Security Sales Manager for Fire and Security Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for winning national accounts across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business and grow existing customer relationships.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of security systems and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance, and pipeline progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security sales, preferably in the fire and security industry.
- Strong understanding of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
