Job Title: Office Management, Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our strategic pursuits and manage key accounts in the UK construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Strategic Pursuits: Identify and win large strategic pursuits to secure work for the future of our Digital Energy Business.
  2. Key Account Management: Manage and grow key accounts to drive business growth and revenue.
  3. Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and build a network in the UK construction industry to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Pipeline Management: Manage and grow the pipeline for new business to ensure a steady flow of leads and opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to lead and manage a team of professionals.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Experience and understanding of the UK and Ireland construction market.
  3. Technical Skills: High-level technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), Security, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
  4. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients.
