Job Title: Digital Energy Program Manager

Mission: Ensure customer satisfaction and execution efficiency across EMEA and APAC for Schneider Electric's Digital Energy project scope (BMS/EPMS controls).

  1. Develop and execute customer satisfaction strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  2. Collaborate with application centres to build execution plans for greenfield and brownfield data centre developments.
  3. Maintain account playbooks and onboard country operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Support commercial teams in client relationship management to drive business expansion.
  5. Anticipate potential issues and mitigate project roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
  6. Analyse lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and process enhancements.
  7. Provide visibility on client development pipelines, top risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  8. Establish formal cadences with customers to ensure consistent communications.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in customer project execution roles.
  2. Strong relationships with top strategic accounts.
  3. Data centre sales or construction project management experience.
  4. Exposure to data centre automation and controls.
  5. Familiarity with Schneider Electric's Customer Project Process (CPP).
  6. Excellent communication skills in English.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
