Job Title: C&SP Program Manager, Digital Energy

Mission: Ensure customer satisfaction of a top strategic Data Centre client through consistent tendering, excellent project execution, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for customer satisfaction and execution efficiency across EMEA and APAC for Schneider Electric's Digital Energy project scope (BMS/EPMS controls)
Build execution plans in collaboration with application centres to support greenfield & brownfield data centre developments
Maintain account playbook and effectively onboard country operations teams
Support commercial team in client relationship management to aid business expansion
Anticipate potential issues and support execution teams to mitigate project roadblocks
Spearhead lessons learned analysis to ensure continuous improvement
Provide clear visibility on client development pipeline, top risks & opportunities, and continuous improvement workstreams
Establish formal cadences with customer for consistent communications

Skills and Attributes:

Solid years in customer project execution role
Experience interacting with top strategic accounts
Data centre sales or construction project management experience
Exposure to data centre automation and controls
Familiarity with Schneider Electric's Customer Project Process (CPP)
Good communication skills in English

Education:

Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience
