Job Title: Digital Energy Program Manager

As a Digital Energy Program Manager at Schneider Electric, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and execution efficiency across EMEA and APAC for our Digital Energy project scope (BMS/EPMS controls). Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, driving business growth and expansion through effective project execution and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with our application centers to support greenfield and brownfield data center developments.
  • Maintain account playbooks and effectively onboard country operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support the commercial team in client relationship management to drive business expansion and growth.
  • Anticipate potential issues and work with execution teams to mitigate project roadblocks and ensure timely completion.
  • Lead lessons learned analysis to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Provide clear visibility on the client development pipeline, top risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Establish formal cadences with customers to ensure consistent communication and project updates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer project execution roles, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience interacting with top strategic accounts and driving business growth through effective project execution and communication.
  • Familiarity with Schneider Electric's Customer Project Process (CPP) and data center automation and controls.
  • Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
