- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to assess and monitor student progress.
- Supporting with marking and assessment under the direction of the class teacher.
- Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or similar role within a primary school setting.
- HLTA qualification or equivalent.
