About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team in East Grinstead. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that every customer leaves with a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality Italian cuisine
  • Develop and implement kitchen processes to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to drive menu development and innovation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs to meet company targets
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive kitchen culture
