About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Advocate to join our team at beBee Professionals in Oldham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, promoting their independence and autonomy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities, including personal care and domestic tasks.
  • Assist with developing and implementing care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Organize and facilitate social and community outings, promoting engagement and connection among service users.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare or social work.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a support capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
