Graduate Teaching Assistant - Aspiring Teacher Programme

Are you a bright graduate with aspirations of becoming a Secondary Teacher? Do you want to gain hands-on experience supporting young people as a Teaching Assistant?

We are searching for 8 bright Graduate Teaching Assistants to support in lessons as well as in the school's learning zone for students with mild to moderate additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in KS3 & KS4 (Aged 11-16)
  • Work with Sixth Formers (KS5) during exam preparation
  • Full-time contract for the full academic year
Requirements:
  • Bright graduate with future aspirations to teach
  • Able to build strong professional relationships
  • Confident and able to relay feedback to teachers & parents
  • Experience with SEN beneficial but not essential
  • Able to commit full-time for the academic year
