About the Opportunity

We are offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Edge of Care Services to join our team and lead our new Edge of Care Children's Home in Seaham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the home and ensuring that we provide exceptional care and support to children and young people.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the needs of children and young people who are at risk of becoming looked after, and be able to develop and implement strategies to reduce the number of children becoming looked after. They will also have experience of working with local authorities, voluntary sector organizations, and other stakeholders to deliver effective services.

The salary for this position is £45,718 - £49,764 per annum, plus a £2,500 temporary recruitment/retention allowance.
