Job Title: Senior Program Manager - Network Excellence

About the Role:
Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve network operations and drive cost savings across Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance the end-to-end network flow, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic programs to improve network operations and reduce costs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and secure alignment from stakeholders.
* Work with teams across EU region to drive highly ambiguous and complex problems to deliver actionable results.
* Identify, test, and validate innovative solutions to improve processes and meet business requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* A Degree in relevant field.
* Relevant experience in program or project management.
* Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
* Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
* Experience leading process improvements.
* SQL skills.

Salary: Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
