Salary:
This role comes with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and bonus scheme.
Job Description:
The Commercial Excellence Lead will support the Product and Commercial Manager in driving business growth, improving operational standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Maintaining strong relationships with store teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Analyzing commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Working closely with the Product Manager to develop and maintain product offerings that meet customer needs and expectations.
