We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Experience Manager to join our People & Culture team at Spence & Partners Ltd. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional employee experiences that foster engagement, motivation, and productivity.

You will lead the planning and execution of HR programs and initiatives that align with our company's strategic goals. Your expertise in HR operations, change management, and employee relations will enable you to build trust and credibility with employees, line managers, and external partners.

To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A deep understanding of employee-centric HR practices and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR leadership or a related field, with a track record of achieving business outcomes through innovative HR solutions. They will also be well-versed in employment laws and regulations, with a strong ability to analyze complex HR data and make informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to design and deliver HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, line managers, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Estimated annual salary: £42,000 - £52,000.
