About the Role
As a Prudential Regulatory Liaison, you will play a crucial role in managing our relationship with regulatory bodies such as the PRA and Bank of England. Your tasks will include preparing briefings for Senior Management, the Executive, and the Board ahead of regulatory interactions like the annual Periodic Summary Meeting (PSM) and regular updates with the supervisory team.

The role requires assisting our technical specialists in preparing for key regulatory reviews like L-SREP and C-SREP. You will also support the wider Society in meeting the expectations and requirements of regulatory bodies and proactively identifying and managing regulatory risks. Additionally, you'll lead efforts in monitoring UK regulatory developments, communicating these to relevant business areas. You'll also assist in responding to Consultation Papers on regulatory changes and tracking compliance with Policy and Supervisory Statements.

You will work closely with stakeholders around the business, including within Risk, Finance and Treasury, and there will be exposure to Senior Management and the Executive.
