We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our successful Truro branch in Cornwall.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing core branch business to meet predefined targets and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing the branch to ensure efficient operation of the branch day to day to maximise results and achieve peak performance.
  • Driving business development opportunities by identifying new business opportunities with prospective and existing clients.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback, support and coaching as required.
  • Monitoring branch sales activity and assessing performance, ensuring action plans are in place to meet targets/expectations.
  • Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and to build a strong relationship.
  • Leading regular team meetings to discuss team performance and provide wider business updates.
  • Managing and monitoring recruitment activity; distributing roles, managing SLA's, and ensuring tasks are picked up in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the experience delivered to candidates and clients is underpinned by excellent customer service.
