About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Residential Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring that our residents receive a high level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide a first-class service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organise activities and events for our residents, ensuring that they have a range of opportunities to engage and participate.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
  • Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring that the development is safe and secure for our residents.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living sector.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to the needs of our residents in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work effectively with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
