Support Staff for Children with Special Needs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Staff member to join our team and support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

About the Role:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEND, including tutoring and mentoring.
- Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., special education, educational support).
- Experience working with children with SEND.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
